keeping track of your calls using the Toolbox
Our customer toolbox allows you to easily access a fully itemised breakdown of your calls 24 hours a day.

Log into the customer toolbox. Once you have logged into the toolbox, you will see your phone service listed under 'plan type'. To access the call tracker, click on 'account tools'. Once you have done this, a drop down menu will appear. To access your call records, click on 'Call tracker'.

A window will pop up which displays all types of calls you have made; with dates, numbers called, the area you called, the duration of the call and the call cost.

Click on the 'Display Options" button for further display options, as shown below. Here you can change the way that your call information is displayed. For example, you can choose to display your calls for the current month or just the last week.

adding and removing optional services using the toolbox
If you want to view optional service add-ons that we have to offer, please select the 'Optional Service Addons' option from the drop down menu on the main toolbox page. The optional services page shows a list of additional services that you can use in conjunction with your phone service. A list of these additional services is online and shown below:

If you click on the 'details' link next to each listed service, this will give you the option to enable or disable the service. An example of this is shown below for the 'message bank' service:

If you would like more information regarding any of these optional features , click on the 'user guide' link.
